Business Performance Analytics

An overview of how to see and use the analytics of the business within the business dashboard

Business Overview

To see overall business performance for the last 30, 60, 90 days as well as filterable by location, you can follow the below steps.

  1. Login to your Business Dashboard
  2. Select Performance from the left side menu 
  3. By default, the business Reach, Response & Actions will be visible and filtered to the last 30 days and all locations. This is a summary of all offer performance during that time period
  4. Reach - The amount of times the offers and business was seen in app, email, push notifications and integrations
  5. Response - The number of times customers responded to content by liking, sharing or viewing your offer or business details
  6. Action - The actions customers made to redeem offers, visit your website or call the business

Loyalty

  1. If the business has loyalty offers, the section below will also track loyalty performance separately
  2. These stats are also filterable by date range and location similar to the business overview stats above
  3. In addition to reach, response and action, there are 2 other measurable stats
    1. Unique Loyalty Members - The unique number of loyalty members joining the business loyalty program. A member can join from any of the loyalty offers.
    2. Total Earned - The total number of punch cards that have reached completion during the specific date range filter (ie last 30 days)

Offers

Performance can be viewed at the individual offer level by doing the following

  1. Select Promotions or Loyalty from the left hand menu
  2. Select an offer from the list to be taken to the offer details page
  3. Select the Stats tab near the top of the details page
  4. Here you will see the performance for the specific offer using the same filtering capabilities as outlined in the overview section
