GetintheLoop uses a subscription-based billing model. Payments are processed automatically on a recurring basis using the payment method used during setup. You’ll receive detailed invoices via email or in your account dashboard. If you have questions about charges, need to update your payment method, or want to adjust your subscription, our support team is here to help.

To update the card used, you can do this within the Business Dashboard and the Settings options in the left panel. From there, businesses can select Change to update their card.
