      Unlinking Social Accounts from Social AI

      See the step-by-step details to unlinking your Facebook and Instagram accounts from the GetintheLoop platform

      Steps to Re-link Facebook and Instagram Accounts:

      1. Log in to your Business Dashboard.

      2. On the left-hand side, navigate to the "Social AI" tab.

      3. In the top right-hand corner, click the blue "Settings" button.

      4. From the settings menu, you will see "Connected Accounts".

      5. Select "Facebook" from the list of connected accounts.

      6. Click Facebook "Unlink Facebook - “Business Name".

      7. You’ll see a prompt asking, "Are you sure you want to unlink Facebook?"

        • Click "Yes" to confirm.

      Next, follow the same steps for Instagram:

      1. Return to the "Connected Accounts" section.

      2. Select "Instagram" from the list.

      3. Click "Unlink Instagram - “Business Name”.

      4. You’ll see a prompt asking, "Are you sure you want to unlink Instagram?"

        • Click "Yes" to confirm.
