GetintheLoop supports both businesses and consumers. The data we collect is outlined below but if there are any additional questions, please contact us at privacy@getintheloop.ca.

Consumers

GetintheLoop collects little to no Personal Identifiable Information (PII) including no address, credit card information or telephone number. The platform does ask for an email in order to establish an account and a method to get in touch about account specific updates. GetintheLoop also does not share your email with any other 3rd party marketing services.

If at any point, you would like your account deleted from the platform, contact us at privacy@getintheloop.ca

Businesses

As a GetintheLoop business customer, we collect business information required for marketing to consumers such as the business location, telephone number, email and website. Business data is never shared with 3rd party marketing platforms.

For customers on a paid subscription, we also collect credit card information to process payments through a secure portal powered by Chargbee, a global leader in subscription management solutions.
