      Why did my account become unlinked from Social AI?

      Meta’s API may unlink your account from Social AI for various reasons, such as:

      • Password changes
      • Suspicious activity
      • Routine security updates

      If this occurs, you’ll need to relink your accounts. Your account manager will contact you to provide guidance, or you can relink them yourself by following these steps:

      • Visit the GetintheLoop Business Dashboard.
      • Navigate to the Social AI tab.
      • Go to Settings > Facebook and follow the prompts to relink your Facebook account.
      • Repeat the process for Instagram by following the prompts under the Instagram section.
